I recently ordered food from this place and had a very disappointing experience. The burger was not fresh, the lettuce was soggy, and the oil tasted old and unpleasant. The fries and nuggets were covered in sauces that felt stale, and the overall taste was very poor. It genuinely seemed like the food had been sitting for a long time before serving. Definitely not worth the money. Very bad experience.
In the lakeside complex very busy kfc however the place really needs more staff. All bins literally stacked with rubbish!! Food wise burger was very poor and sad looking. Plenty of chips to be fair for KFC standards however rest was really really quite poor. For over £20 this slightly feels like robbery to be honest!!
We ordered three meals everything was frozen cooled and zero taste��
Ordered my food from just eat and received raw food . Not happy at all . reported to food standards agency . Waiting for a response. Put me off . Never eating kfc again 😡
As far as KFC go, this has very rarely disappointed. Chicken has always been fresh and juicy, service very fast at times. Much better than others I have been to and I now go quite regularly (about every 3 weeks for a family feast).
