Doesn't close at 5.30pm as advertised arrived for 20 past and it was closed, people inside refused to serve. Now I can't get parts and can't work tommorow if the shop closes at 5.20pm it should really say that. Then kicked off at another customer with the same issue even though he was justifiably annoyed after waiting all day for collection to come straight down and be refused service. Their not bothered its not their problem poor service. Will not be using in future if can be helped.
Second Sunday in a row tried ringing and constantly on hold saying busy with other customers. Leaves you hanging for around half an hour then cuts you off. When you do get through it sounds like a central call centre when I just want to speak to my local branch. Either get more staff or don’t bother opening on a Sunday if nobody can get through!
Decently priced, good easy location with plenty of parking and disabled access to if needed. Wait times are rubbish if your a few back in the queue. Will continue to use as have for the last 14 years.
I ordered brakes and discs, and when I went to pick up the product, it was opened and there was a problem. When I told the seller, she said with utter rudeness and laughter, no problem, we will order for you, come tomorrow, they don't care about the customer's time or cost, and this is acceptable. No, she didn't even apologize, I am a taxi driver and I will never buy them again
Decent store just battery was wrong size for my car despite being advertised as the right one. No hassle returning though
