I had such a lovely experience today… I was quite nervous going in, but was made to feel completely relaxed from the start. Mya did my colour and cut perfectly — like a complete transformation. I left feeling confident and really bouncy/happy with my hair!! 🩷 Thank you, Mya! ✨

A huge thank you to Charlie for such an amazing pampering session! 💆‍♀️ She washed my hair so gently, gave me a wonderful treatment, straightened it perfectly, and even added two cute little braids. 🥰 I left feeling so happy and with dream hair! Highly recommend her! ❤️✨

I made highlights with Maya and i love her service, the final result was amazing, I like a lot, she is a very kind profissional and delicate person, I finally found the profissional for my hair needs.

I had a weave tightening. The lady didnt do it right at all. The next day it was coming out, £60 wasted. A week later I went to my usual person, she couldn't believe the awful job they had done. A shame because staff were nice but definitely not qualified to do weaves like they said they were. I could tell by the technique it wasnt the same.

I’m really disappointed with Talking Heads. I paid £55 for a perm and within 4 days it had completely dropped out. I went back and was made to feel like it was my fault, even though I followed all the instructions. They redid it, but within a week the same thing happened again. Now they’ve told me my hair is damaged and there’s nothing they can do. My friend had the same experience with his perm too, so clearly this is a problem with how they’re doing them. I’ve wasted my money and been left with damaged hair – definitely not happy. REPLY Hi Talking Heads, Thank you for your response, but I need to correct some inaccuracies. • I never said I went swimming, and this was not part of any conversation with your stylist. To include this in your reply is misleading. • No alternative treatment options were offered to me at any stage, so I am disappointed to see this claimed publicly. • My complaint was raised because the results of the perm did not last, despite me following the aftercare advice given. Suggesting that the fault lies with me is both unfair and dismissive. While I understand you’ve had positive outcomes with other clients, that does not change the fact that my service was unsatisfactory. Rather than making assumptions about what I may or may not have done, I would have expected a fair resolution based on my actual experience. — Lee
