Absolutely Transformed My Well-Loved Rug - Looks & Smells Brand New! I cannot recommend Clean and Dry in Doncaster highly enough! They have completely transformed a rug I thought was beyond saving, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. We have a very large synthetic rug from NEXT that endured three years of heavy use in our busy family lounge. It had seen it all: numerous stains from tea, ingrained food (especially tomato-based products), and unfortunately, several toileting accidents from our two young children. Despite our best efforts with spot cleaners and even another local "professional" mobile carpet cleaner, the rug was left with a persistent, awful smell I can only describe as a wet dog. After speaking to Alan on the phone, I immediately felt reassured. He took the time to explain their thorough deep-cleaning, sanitising, and drying process, which is specifically designed to eliminate the deeply embedded dirt, dust, hair, and bacteria that cause odours. I knew then I had found the right company. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to drop the rug off early before work and collect it at my convenience. Unwrapping the cleaned rug was a genuine "wow" moment – I can honestly say it looked and smelt absolutely brand new! All the stains and, most importantly, the horrible smell were completely gone. I wish I had used Clean & Dry from the start instead of wasting money elsewhere. When I collected it, I mentioned how dirty I thought it was, and they kindly said mine was clean in comparison to some they see! This is definitely money well spent. What an amazing job they done with my Chinese rug 29th July 2025 it looks amazing looks brand new haha all the marks come out bar one but they did say they can’t guarantee to get everything out but they’ll try their best and they did. It looks amazing I love it I would definitely recommend to friends and family brilliant service and staff are lovely and polite and welcoming and they look after your goods they definitely in safe hands thank you Allan and team.

Clean & Dry are one of those businesses that you won't need very often, but when you do, you'll be so pleased you know who to contact! They have exceeded my expectations simply by being so helpful and so cost effective! My wool rug has not only been returned, but re-laid for us. It's clean and fresh, which arguably is to be expected, but it's how they went about the collection and return that have impressed me.

I have just had my carpet cleaned by Clean and Dry and as usual I am extremely happy. I have always used this company since moving into our house in 2001 and I have never been disappointed. As usual Wayne was on time, very friendly and very professional and doing a fantastic job. I would never use anyone else. Well done Wayne.
