Mark, my physio, listened to the problems I was encountering and gave a good review of symptoms. Gave a brief massage to a sore area, might have been longer if it wasn't for me, I was still quite tender and not ready for more treatment. He provided some good advice that I am following up on. Thanks.
Mark is excellent, he gets his elbow right in there. He's a supreme athlete who listens carefully to your inactive wife moaning about her niggles, then sorts her out. She's back in the kitchen now and all is well. Until next time; rinse and repeat.
It was a treatment but felt like something I would personally pay for. Very good Physio therapy that works. Relaxed environment clean.
Wouldn't recommend this service at all. I found the physio to be very rude and dismissive. They barely listened to what I had to say and it was by far the worst physio appointment I've ever attended.
I recently had physiotherapy following a netball injury and received such fantastic care! Would recommend to everyone whose injuries has stopped them from loving their sport
