Booked in for a Vo2 max test - very friendy welcome and thorough service carried out by Josh. Got alot more than I expected - full report, with recommendations for marathon training including heart rate zone, pacing and fueling strategies. Added bonus of 20 mins with compression boots.
The staff at the High Performance Centre based at the Eco-Power Stadium provided me with anamazing good value sport massage. If you are a sporting type and have a niggle get yourself down there. If you hate sport but have a niggle get yourself down there too. So nice to be pampered by a professional massage therapist 😌
Had a deep tissue with Oliver, was in a lot of pain before seeing him he’s well and truly sorted years of pain in one session ! And will be continuing to see for weekly maintenance. Highly recommended
