The Shoe Room

This is the third pair of shoes I’ve sent to be refurbished by Richard at the Shoeroom and I’ve been beyond delighted every time. True craftsmanship and attention to detail, the come back absolutely gleaming having had a hand polish. tThis pair look much better than a pair I sent back to church’s for refurbishment which I really regretted and cost a fortune. Never again - I will always use The Shoe Room. One of the other pairs I sent previously was my RM Williams craftsman and again Richard did a superb job. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

The best shoe shopping experience bar none. The team are very accommodating and the shop is full of quality products. Richard’s passion for footwear shines through and is really helpful in making sure you make the right decision. Really happy with my purchase and I’m sure it’s the first of many.

I have been coming to see Rich and Michelle for a few years now. We pop in even if we don’t ‘need’ anything although we invariably walk out with something. There is NEVER any pressure to buy anything and always a warm welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. I will not go anywhere else for shoes. You guys are the best and we love you!

The Shoe Room in Doncaster is excellent. First class customer service. Talked for ages about my gait, completely different size feet, insoles, shoe making. I'm not going anywhere else for shoes. I've never had shoe shopping experience like it. Richard has a genuine interest in making sure the customer is both happy and getting what they need and want from the purchase. You won't regret a visit.

We had a lovely experience here last Sunday, choosing my partner's wedding shoes. The couple in the shop were so helpful and patient and explained all the different types of shoes to us. A really relaxed, no-pressure environment. We will definitely be back in the future. Also, a lovely coffee - thank you!
