A fantastic store with a massive range of items in stock. It's nit cramped and crowded like some stores with loads of room to move around. The in store cafe seems nice with average prices (I looked but didnt partake at the time). I went for the craft section for a specific item, while not in stock I did find something else I'd been looking for making the trip well worth it. Staffbwere pleasant and helpful and the prices are as expected. Overall a very positive experience and opinion on the store as a whole.

On Monday 4th August, I went in looking for a staple gun. Eventually found the craft section and spent about 5 minutes looking for one. I eventually found 2 members of staff that were stood there talking so I asked them. One was nice and mentioned they were in the DIY section and pointed out the way, the other one, younger with dark blonde hair, just looked at me with pure disgust for interrupting their conversation. I went over to the DIY section and again spent maybe 5-10 minutes trying to find a staple gun. I couldn't find anyone to ask either. I eventually found them on a barren aisle as there were many hooks just empty or products in the wrong place with no prices. I did take pictures of this. On my way out of the DIY section I noticed the 2 members of staff still stood there talking, they could've been restocking the craft section or sorting it out as it was in dire need. I headed for the till, again something I struggled to find as the place is so big but the signs are limited. Someone pointed me in the right direction. As I was going down an aisle towards the checkout, the young woman with mousey, dark blonde hair from earlier was coming the other way with a trolley and didn't move over. Bare in mind I was pushing a pram and had a baby in my arms, I had to move the pram to the left or she would've hit us. I got to the till, and got served by a man that looked like he hated every minute of being there and didn't even give me chance to get my items I'd just paid for before he called next and started scanning the items from another customer. On the way out I received a few more scolded looks by the same young woman that tried to take me and my kids out with the trolley. I left and as I dodged the homeless man sat next to the exit, I promised I'd never return, be it to any Range store as my experience that day was the worst store experience I'd had any where. I'm a manager my self and whoever runs that store is failing, they need to manage their staff so much more effectively but then if the staff don't care to be there and don't treat the customers with respect then I doubt the manager will.

Thought we would give it a try. I ordered burger with fries. I asked for no salad. It came with a burger sauce, there is no mention of the sauce on the menu or I would have asked for none. The fries are clumped together and undercooked. My husband had fish and chips. It came with garden peas, not mushy peas. Hos chips were also undercooked and clumped together. Not somewhere I would go again

Arrived thinking we’d have a nice coffee and cake before browsing the craft section. We had to sit listening to staff calls for management, customer waiting. Well that customer must have been waiting 20-30 mins (as long as it took to drink our coffee). I advise people not to use the toilets. I had to clean the toilet seat with tissue and handwashing before using. Absolutely minging. The staff really are lovely and helpful and I can’t blame them for being grumpy, if those ignored calls for management support are anything to go by. Head office really need to visit this broken store and listen to staff.

This car park is an absolute joke. We have been sat 45 mins now waiting to get out of it. People are rude and just expect to come back to their car and be let into the queue straight away when people have been sat 45 mins. It is pathetic and needs sorting out. It would be better to be able to leave through the exit so that you can turn right and go back way. Will not be coming here again and will not advise anyone else to come unless they want a day in the carpark. Really pissed off!!!
