Only called in for £35 worth of fuel on July 25th at 15:40 but felt I must leave a review as the gentleman that was serving was one of the friendliest people I have been served by anywhere in quite a while. I will ensure I call back for a full tank next time. Credit where it’s due
On Monday 19th December I went In to get some stuff and other things as well but couldn't decide what else to get the guys that was there told me that he was closing but I found that weird because I live. In the area and I know that it wasn't closing time so I watched he let 3 others In but not me when I came up so I decided to put on a suit and my security badge on and he let me in so I guess that he jugged me my my normal clothes and when I was wearing my suit and and badge it was okay to let me in
I am at shell at 3:49 am, I am here for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes the cashier decided to wake up from his beauty sleep, 3 cars waiting for him to wake up!
Having visited this site every week during the pandemic, I have to say that the staff are ignorant of the fact that this is happening, as there is a sign outside saying the the wearing of face coverings is mandatory but no attempt is being made by the staff to implement it even now they have entered the tier three level. Needless to say I will no longer be using this station for fuel or anything else as I do not feel safe or comfortable visiting this site.
Now is 3rd April 2022 time20:45 pump3 The guy who is working for Shell trying to stealing my fuel , when I approached to pump and I take nuzzle to refuel my car the guy trying to ignore to do reset the pump it was shows 20£ previous person used, it’s really dodgy behaviour, I recommend people to make sure your pump is reseted to zero then refilled. (Shell security department should check their worker, there is inside and outside camera they can check it I gave them exact date and time) shame on Shell
