Trinity House Orthodontics

I was referred to the clinic from my dental practice who were unable to completely extract a tooth. I was a bit apprehensive & was seen by Dr Docrat & his nurse Emma who were both very friendly & put me at ease straight away. Dr Docrat had the tooth removed within seconds without any pain which was such a relief so thankyou so much to both of them for such good care & excellent professional service.

We dont usually write reviews however we were very disappointed and feel this issue needs to be addressed. Firstly i was on hold for 15 minutes after being cut off twice. Once I got through I made a point of this issue to the receptionist who said "you're not the only one", there wasn't an apology made which was the first rude thing she said. So the reason I rang in was to confirm my sons appointment which is tomorrow and i hadnt recieved a text message. Anyway she confirmed that it was tomorrow. Moving on i told her that my son had an appointment last month and he was turned away saying he wasnt booked onto the system although I have an appointment card. The receptionist was extremely rude and undermining making out that we turned late for the appointment or it wasnt booked (although like i said I had the appointment card). When she checked the system she said he wasnt booked in, i said well the staff are incompetent for writing us an appointment card and then not booking it on the system and her response was "well we can get very busy in here" and then put the phone down. All I tried to do was raise an issue and she wasnt accepting of that. It was only a matter of apologising and accepting of the error. However she was extremely rude and cut the phone off. Very disgusting behaviour as shes representing a very good service.

What an amazing experience by two utter professionals , I needed two extractions at Trinity House this morning 25/11/25. Dr. Dee and Emma his dental nurse provided an excellent care and service throughout. Emma was so knowledgeable providing a comprehensive guide to my aftercare, leaving me confident and satisfied. What a fantastic dentist and human being Dr Abdul Docrat is ! He totally put me at ease, laughing joking and even singing ha ha! I didn't feel any pain at all while having my tooth extracted . Emma his dental nurse was also amzing, very caring and reassuring thoughout the procedure. As a nervous patient, you should both know your professionalism and caring bed side manner made a massive difference to me.. Thankyou so much.

Appalling service and very rude staff. Never answer the phones and when they do they have such an attitude and put the phone down on you. They give you appointments and when you turn up they don’t have any trace on their system ?! We get referred by the NHS to you guys so stop treating people like customers at a private practice. !!!! I will tell all my friends and family to stay well clear of this place……. Such a shame to have such rude and incompetent staff. They need to take a good look at themselves and have compassion for patients and especially children.
