Manor House Cottages (Boutique 39)

Amazing. Such a lovely property and presented so well, and to the highest standards. Beautiful location, dog friendly. Definately try it. For us personally what would have made it perfect is if it had an EV charge point. Didn't seem fair to knock a star off for something that won't affect everyone. If an EV charge point was installed (even if you had to pay extra for the electricity) it would have given us complete peace of mind. We still had a great time up there, we did have to think logistically though. An EV point would have eliminated that. We will return. Go and enjoy it. Its great

Amazing cottage set right in the heart of the picture perfect Yorkshire Dales village of East Witton. The cottage really is a gem, wonderfully presented and very much in the style of a boutique hotel - hence the name! The owners have attended to every detail and have provided everything you could need! Even down to the wonderful welcome hamper, full of Yorkshire treats! I 100% recommend Boutique 39 and can't wait until our next stay!

Yorkshire in February! We wanted a place to stay that would be warm and cosy with a roaring fire - tick - two bathrooms as we were two couples - tick - enough settees for us to sit on by the fire - tick - easy to find - tick - easy to park - tick - close to a pub - tick - close to attractions and restaurants - tick. The cottage was great catering for all our needs - the owners had thought of everything and I would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage. There was a downside - we weren't there long enough! and I did bang my head on a low door - was it the door or the gin?

Absolutely superb. Best cottage we've stayed in and we holiday alot in Yorkshire. Everything you need and decorated to a very high standard. Did not want to leave.
