Heritage Doors & Floors Ltd

I’ve ordered several custom-made doors from Heritage Doors and Floors Ltd and have been very pleased with the quality. They’re solid, well made and perfectly suited to a traditional property. Orders were completed quickly, delivered on time and matched the exact specifications. One door arrived damaged in transit, and the company first offered filler and then an 11% discount, only slightly more than their standard 10% review offer. It was a little disappointing and has made me cautious about after-sales support, though the doors themselves are excellent and I will still be ordering more.

Ordered "Solid Oak Stair Cladding Kit – 13 Tread Straight Flight". Overall good product, some items arrived with manufacturing defects, so had to ask for replacement parts. This was actioned promptly. Point to note is that, they would not replace damaged items unless checked and identified on arrival. Also, point to note, this kit comes untreated, so you would need to order and apply oil treatment.

I've recently done a full house renovation. I bought all of my dolls from here. They are a fantastic local company, and the customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend. The doors are amazing quality and add a real premium feel to my house. I haven't stained them yet, but they look great as they are anyway. The old-fashioned latches and locks, etc., really add a traditional feel to my house.

Really pleased with the butt & bead ledge doors. Ordered in prime oak and they are beautifully clean when treated with Danish oil. The penny end hinge pack is great - looks original but really strong and tight. Ordered another 10 doors and packs the same to do the whole cottage. ** Update ** Other 10 doors have arrived and hung. They all look really good quality and very pleased with them and the hanging packs. Help and assistance from Heritage Doors has been excellent - even down to what size brad nails to use to secure the braces. Would highly recommend them.

I've bought at least 12 oak ledged doors from Heritage Doors & Floors over the last few years and will buy more in the future! I've always been really happy with both the quality of the doors+hardware and the great customer service
