lip blush with Ellie Absolutely no pain, the colour is perfect and the whole thing was done in such a calm, relaxed, and super professional environment. Ellie is honestly a gem. She took the time both before and after to check in on me, make sure I was definitely sure about getting it done and that I knew all the bits and pieces that come with it. She genuinely cares so much about her clients comfort and happiness. She even checked in on me for my after care 1st week while she was on her Anniversary break away 🥹💖 With Ellie you’re never “just a client” most of us end up friends anyway or were already 😄. She lives and breathes making people feel amazing. Highly recommend! 💋✨

Went to get my nails done by Jaimie and they ended up looking nothing like the photo not the correct length shape design or colour. She claimed she didn’t have the correct colours in so I didn’t mind that. However when cutting the nails she deliberately cut them shorter than I asked while saying a comment about how some people have there nails “ridiculously long”. One of the colours she had told me she had gold however she ended up putting some sort of bronze of my nails nothing like the pictures. I’m not one to complain so I did leave however turned straight back around as for £50 I felt I deserved to at least have the gold corrected to which she sighed kept checking the time and I later realised that most of the time the gold looked black and it just looked like I had dirt under my nails. At this point I did get upset and sent her a message of everything I believe she didn’t do right and requested a refund but later decided to block her as I didn’t want any drama and I went to a new salon to get them fixed. Wasn’t going to leave a review but she’s now viewing all my other social media platforms along with what I believe to be her family. With some of them trying to add me as friends and commenting rude things on my posts I find this deeply unsettling and if it continues I will be contacting the police. Would not recommend. However the other girls in the salon doing lashes/ filler etc did seem lovely although can’t comment too much as didn’t get any services from them. The photos I have included is what I asked for vs what I got.

Always amazing services at Lovelli. All staff are very welcoming always feel at home at the salon. 🫶I have had multiple treatments here. Lip blush is amazing. All lash techs are amazing too couldn’t recommend this salon more 🥰

Best salon is an understatement !!!!!! The salon, is stunning Ellie puts a lot of effort in to the decor of the salon it’s beautiful , great atmosphere everyone really friendly and welcoming , Ellie always listens to what I want, and makes me feel a million dollars every time I walk out there isn’t anything this woman cannot do she is so talented! All the girls are lovely! Would 1000% Ellie and this salon. Not only have I made a forever friend. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The best salon in Sheffield! I have my lashes and facials done here, 10/10 treatments. My lashes last weeks! All the girls are super friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t go anywhere else
