We were helped today by a really friendly and knowledgeable member of staff when buying a TV bracket. He took the time to explain our options and helped me and my partner get the best deal. Great customer service – we will be coming back, thank you!

I visited today and was served by a brilliantly helpful and kind lady on the desk. Thank you! Although the experience was largely unpleasant due to the gentleman (presumably some kind of manager) speaking to his employees in a very aggressive, impolite and unprofessional (and very loud) manner on the shop floor. We all get frustrated at work but these conversations should be kept for the back room (and when a senior member of staff has taken the needed time and space to regulate their feedback and emotion). Frankly it was weird and an example of poor inefficient management. I hope he receives further training, and learns to regulate his emotion. I have tried to feed this back to Curry’s.

I went in to just look at TVs. I need one, but unsure about the size. I got excellent advice, no sales pressure from the experienced lady salesperson, sorry I didn't get her name. She spent a lot of time with me and much appreciated- I'd prefer to buy one from a store rather than online, so I'll be buying one from here next month. It was a nice experience browsing the huge display of TVs. Sometimes, as in their clever comedy TV Ads, you just need to see and feel the product in real life. Thanks to my local Currys. See you soon.

Arrived 13.55 to return a product Waited for around 5 mins before someone was free Then got served, but Richard, was not trained on processing a refund for me, so he spoke to 2 other people, who just disappeared with other customers who had arrived after me I asked after 15 mins how much longer it would be, saying I’d been there 20mins (in total) Richards only interest was that I was exaggerating the length of time I’d been there! So I corrected and said, ok.. 15mins! How much longer am I expected to wait? He couldn’t answer me, but said they were busy and short staffed! Yet everyone arriving after me was served! It turned out after some ‘snarky’ and sarcastic commentary from Richard that he didn’t know how to process a refund! I left the store at that point as there was no end in sight! I received a cheery, sarcastic ‘bye’ from Richard who had approached face to face after I asked him to repeat something he had said under his breath! If this is how the staff deal with a calm, non-aggressive or difficult customer - just wanting to understand simply - ‘how long is this going to take’ I’d love to see them with someone ‘difficult’ A very poor show of skills and customer facing ability from Richard

This is the second time I've had no customer service ,1st time I was told that a faulty microwave less than 3 months old would have to be repaired after a bit of a discussion that the item was less that 12 months and faulty they did let me replace it ...2nd time was yesterday trying to update my phone after it had died ,an elderly couple was stood near the phone section I asked them if they'd been served they said no they'd been waiting over 10 minutes, even though they were quite clearly seen from the checkout area ..I went over to a member of staff and asked if someone would come and serve I was told that there wasn't anyone available till after 4pm and no-one the day after ...this store staff need to go on a customer service course
