On arrival in Whitby we collected the keys and were given directions. We had a parking space in the underground car park on site. We had a wheelchair user and to get into the building you have to come out of the car park and into the main entrance to get to the lifts. There is a relatively small lift to all floors. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious. It's only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Whitby (once you get out of the apartment block). Nice place to stay.
