Great place to go for advice , lots of products bon display . Great mobility shop . Helpful staff purchased a wheelchair for a relieve tried out on store and even helped to car too . Thank you for excellent customer service

I have been a customer of Brooks Miller for several years now and just want to say that Brian who deals with wheelchairs/scooters ect is a lovely, knowledgeable, friendly, patient guy who always makes us feel at ease the minute we walk through the doors. I am very pleased with my new Aerocarbon Powerchair! Thank you Brian 😊

We want to share our appreciation for the people who work at Brook Miller and the service they have given to us when i needed some new solutions to how i lifted my wheelchair in to my vehicle and making the tailgate open electronically and and electric transfer plate Jeff and Mick examined my vehicle and looked at a solution to lift the wheelchair into the sliding door behind my drivers seat so i could load it in myself which they have done an amazing job (now just loads of practice for me) the winch now swings out and lifts the wheelchair straight up with ease and the electric transfer plate means i can put my feet on the floor to steady myself and the remote tailgate is amazing. Jeff and Mick listened to what i wanted and offered things that i hadn't thought of which has made getting in and out of the car easy plus after when i had a problem with my electronic hand controls they were straight on it resolved the issue very quickly so we can strongly recommend this company to every one who needs adaptations to a vehicle because they listened to what our problems were and came up with solutions and we cannot fault the work as it does exactly what we needed it to do and it looks very neat and tidy plus everyone all the ladies in the offices always had a smile and everyone was so helpful . This company is amazing. We had a VW crafter converted by them for my disabled 7 year old. Leeane kept in touch with me and updated me often. She always answered any of my questions I had. Leeane is really lovely and kind. She even sent me a video before delivery 😊 Tyler who delivered my son’s van was also really lovely too. He was kind and took me through everything and how it all worked. They even gave us a hamper which we thought was so thoughtful. It has changed our life, we now have a nice big van with a changing bed and hoist in the back and we can’t wait for our adventures in the near future, thanks to brook miller. I don’t know the names of those who actually done the adaptations but a big thank you to them too! I would recommend to anyone! Thank you all so much 🥰 x
