If only all car dealers were like this! Communication was excellent from the start, the car we went to view was super clean and ready for viewing - and Neil had a lovely, non-pushy approach throughout. Wow, where do I start, my son and I have been looking for an Audi A3 as his first car for months. We saw one advertised at Drive: Your Way and from the first time I spoke to Neil the service was amazing. He did not try and tell me how wonderful the car was but pointed out the small number of things that needed to be put right. He provided loads of photos and information. We drove from Mid Wales to look at the car and decided to buy it. Over the next couple of weeks Neil kept us fully up to date sending regular photos and videos. I picked it up yesterday and the vehicle looked stunning. It had refurbished alloys, new MOT with no advisories, a full service and a warranty. Neil also gave us a free Apple Play screen which is brilliant. Throughout Neil and Mel went the extra mile to make sure my son has his dream first car, thank you so much
