Absolutely terrible, staff were very rude and extremely unhelpful, first and last time I try this garage , managed to get booked in else where with another place who were really helpful thankfully. Would definitely not recommend this garage at all , just shocking, no customer service what so ever
Went there Friday gone had my touch screen fixed as was cracked in my C4 cactus super fast job done Topman would definitely recommend
Took my van in for wheel alignment. The lads couldn't be more helpful. No waiting around, they got straight on with it. Once done it was even test driven to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommended, i will be using them again.
Took a car there for the first time last week at the recommendation of someone formerly in the same line of work. My impressions: polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and competent. Work completed early and car noticeably better for having spent time with them.
Took my Honda Jazz in to get the A/C checked out. Very pleased with the service. Icy cold now. They also did a free follow-up two weeks later. The new refrigerant has a dye in it where they check the A/C pipework etc under UV light to see if any leaks present. Excellent system.
