Asda Pudsey Supercentre

I used to find this Asda organised with helpful staff, but recently things seem to have changed. I was shopping with my babies and felt quite lost going around trying to find what I needed. When I asked for help, staff member was rude (white lady with glasses on), which was disappointing. The customer service staff were polite, but they couldn’t leave their desk to assist me. I hope the store improves again, as it used to be a much better experience.

Love this store! I’m lucky enough to live nearby and never leave disappointed. You can find almost anything here – electricals, clothing, toys, and food. Prices are genuinely good, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There’s even a McDonald’s inside and a clean, recently updated café downstairs. Overall, a great place to shop with something for everyone!

Wow. What an ASDA! It’s huge, set across two floors, and has an extensive homeware/clothes section too. Has huge bags of pasta and the prices are decent too with a really good amount of parking. This was an exceptional Asda experience, makes for a fun day out with the family, or a cute date spot as an alternative!

The Asda is very good. Plenty of room for parking not good for teenagers girls clothes Huddersfield ones better but you can get plenty of other stuff shopping et cetera and M&S next door is very good as well but they know good for clothes for teenage girls great for boys and anybody else and a big BNM in the middle so it’s very good for shopping. All the stores are together. OK I will go again.😊

Really hope management see this! Been coming here for 30 odd years, never had an issue. However recent visit was awful. We received some clothes as gifts that needed exchanging and checked online for returns policy and it said 100 days return policy for George clothes which they all were. David in asda pudsey who said he was unaware of this as he had only been there 3 months (which isnt a good enough reason) gave us the most horrible customer service. Very unprofessional and unapproachable. Didnt even want to see the return policy on the website. He just dismissed us without double checking with a manager or other colleague. We then spoke to another colleague who confirmed with the manager that its fine to do so. So we completed our shopping to exchange the items and were unfortunate served by david again who didnt want to exchange, he wanted us to do a return just because it would be easier for him. He complained to us saying ‘this is embarrassing’ as we had a full trolley. He then asked to provide any card and not the card we paid with to which we said we dont have any cards atm. His attitude was awful and he complained again saying other customers would be unhappy as we were taking a while. It literally took less than 5 minutes. He was scanning whilst me and my husband were packing. All that fuss for 5 minutes of help. I hope other customers dont face him as hes clearly in the wrong job!
