I use Farsley Post Office pretty much everyday…for business & personal use and the staff are ALWAYS so friendly, helpful and polite!! They really go above and beyond, whether that means helping me get a float/ change ££ for an event, help me track down a parcel or help me send items back, they always do it with a smile! I look forward to my daily visit and saying hello to Salma :) she is a joy!!!
As others have said, staff are friendly and pleasant, but opening hours are only for the convenience shop, not other services. I’ve been trying to collect a parcel for a couple of days now and keep having to try again the next day as the post office section of the shop is not available as advertised.
I use this post office almost daily for posting out orders for my small business. I am usually served by Selma who is so helpful and professional. She knows the job inside out and is so efficient and friendly at the same time. Managing a long queue with all sorts of different queries can't be easy.. she gives everyone the time they need while still getting through the line quickly. It isn't just Selma though, everyone in the store is really helpful and friendly. Pretty much every time I leave i'm smiling for one reason or another!

Great local post office and shop. The staff are excellent, when there are other local options available they are the reason people return. Mehgnan is a superstar!
