Terrible customer service car mats left outside house. Mats not there when I got home got insulted by them in a message. Raised with EBay customer services now. Do not buy from them.
Do not buy car mats from Carsio Car Mats they are dreadful company with terrible customer service!!! I ordered a front cab mat for my 2022 W910 FWD Mercedes Sprinter and they sent me out the wrong mat that didn’t fit. I informed them via their email address of the issue only to be given a week long run around without them taking any responsibility for their mistake. I was not even given a contact name of who I was dealing with even though repeatedly asking for one!! I was then told to return the mat to them at my expense even though it was their error. Avoid this company
Ordered 2 sets of Mats, first set for Citreon C4, arrived quickly and were good quality, reasonable fit, but not perfect as the eyelets did not quite align correctly. Ordered another set for my own car, this set don't fit at all, so tried to email them to arrange a return. The E-mail address is invalid and keeps bouncing back. Tried the listed Telephone number which just rings and rings and then eventually an automated message which states the number is temporarily disconnected. No choice now now but to try and claim via Chargeback scheme with my card issuer.
Lots of people writing negative things about this company but I placed an order for 2 airline D2 Ts and received them within 48 hours. I'm so please I've ordered another 3. 5 star service so far. Update, The other 3 I ordered never arrived but the seller did give a full refund without question
Purchased an item from the eBay store it took 2 months before I could find anyone willing to fit it (4 garages refused) the eBay listing stated easy install and all required hardware. First to fit the kit the van needs modifications to the rear so not easy install. Second being told I need to buy adapters to make it fit so not all required hardware. Asked to return through ebay declines without reason only reply’s when contacting direct via email phone always on hold and will not accept the kit is not as listed and is not fit for the job. Wish I had read the reviews before I made the purchase time for some legal advice I think.
