I’ve had a wonderful experience receiving treatment from Teresa. During my initial consultation, she took the time to truly get to know me, carefully exploring my medical history and overall wellbeing. Since then, she has continued to treat me with a holistic approach that feels both personalised and deeply thoughtful. Teresa is incredibly kind, compassionate, and consistently goes above and beyond to support my recovery. Her sessions—combining acupuncture, Gua Sha, and cupping—have been both restorative and insightful. She is highly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what might be causing my symptoms, helping me better understand my body and its needs. I’m truly grateful for the care and expertise Teresa brings to every session. She has made a significant positive impact on my wellbeing.

Nathan is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. Definitely the go to person if you have back pain. The biggest compliment I can give is that I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends alike.

I contacted Teresa via email to book an Acupuncture treatment. Teresa got straight back and saw me that same week. Teresa didn't just take my details but dug deep into any existing/previous medical issues. Her treatments reflected her knowledge and understanding of what I needed, I had acupuncture, massage and cupping. Not only that, in her own time Teresa went that extra mile and sent on-line literature to help me. I thoroughly recommend Teresa, she is the best person I have been to, having seen two other Acupuncturists in the area. Teresa knows her stuff, truly cares and really wants to help. I had another treatment the following week and will continue to go to Teresa in the future.
