Pointlessly wastes the time of people in pain. Received booking confirmation for my boyfriend's severe back pain (during rush hour, had to take time off work), arrived and waited 20mins. Physiotherapist Richard then comes out and says he has no clue about our appointment. And that apparently the same thing has happened already with 3 other patients today. Like really you had over 3 patients come in with appointments you were uninformed about and you didnt think to look into that and get it sorted? Unprofessional mess.
I've had a chronic Achilles issue for over 8 years and have seen a number of physios over that period but was never able to resolve the issue. I had one session with the amazing Richard Lehane and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it!! I can't thank him enough, he has rejuvenated my running career and given me my mojo back. If you need a physio you need to see Richard. Oh and ask for some dry needling while you're there, you'll love it.
I had severe achilles tendinitis for quite some time and made an appointment to see the podiatrist following a recommendation from a friend. What a difference to my life. After receiving the orthotics and gently breaking myself in with them they are now an essential part of my life. Professional and friendly service full marks.
Great team of people who are there to help with your every ache and pain and get you back on the road to recovery
