Purchased a toilet from Frontline bathrooms, but what arrived looked nothing like the product photo. The difference was so extreme that I genuinely thought they'd sent the wrong model, the seat didn't even match the shape or profile of the toilet. When we queried with Frontline their response was simply that the product photo was a 'computer rendering' and the real product would look different. Let's be clear, that's not a "difference" that's false advertising. The image and the product are worlds apart. Please judge for yourself, is this a reasonable difference from the product photo? To my eyes this is nothing but unadulterated deception, grossly misleading to the point of being fraudulent.

Had the misfortune to buy a frontline loo from a plumber merchant . Install turned the water flushed several times all ok so I thought . Had a call from the customer they had a leak in the ceiling below . Tested and tested couldn't find a leak anywhere . Cut the silicon seal pulled the loo and it was soaking under the u bend the sealant held all the water inside and it was leaking through the the screws holes screws into the ceiling below . The water was coming from the casting air holes inside the casting not visible the toilet was leaking internally between the two casting . Frontline recommended was seal the casting holes with silicone which means the whole of the void between the casting would be full of water . This didn't work .it continued to leak . The merchant replaced with another exactly the same issue and another . In total I had five loos the fourth one was so deformed it didn't sit square on the floor . Eventually received one that did work and not leak it's outlet was in completely different position and to change soil stack and water feed . .no apologies or contribution to my labour costs . Lost a good customer . Never will use again . They were fully aware of the issue must have received a container full of defective toilets continued to sell and sent them out to gain revenue totally disregard for its customers and lack of quality control . The fourth misshapen toilet was dumped on the counter of the plumber merchant for everyone to see how deformed it was it was quickly remove to avoid any embarrassment in the showroom .

Having an absolute nightmare experience with Frontline Bathrooms who are refusing to refund us for an Aquaglass shower screen (c.£450) that leaks. Confirmed by bathroom fitters that the screen is faulty and leak is between glass and black frame. Refusal based on the fact the fitters have tried to ease our day to day flooding by sealing between the glass and frame (apparently this is against manufacturer guidelines… guidelines that we were never made aware of). Classic case of non existent customer service or empathy, communication from the company is so blunt. Hard to see where we go from here so others should be warned these products are non refundable, even if faulty.

I'm building a house. Shower was delivered and set aside in an enclosed secure garage until needed, and remained in the two large boxes it came in. Upon opening the box to fit, it contained damaged goods which had in my opinion been repackaged before it came to me. Images as opened. They will not take refund or exchange so I've had to buy a replacement elsewhere. It is totally unreasonable to expect a purchaser to open two large boxes containing a shower enclosure and check everything upon delivery in my opinion. Delivery was only about a month ago and it's clearly all boxed as per the images. Gutted.

Great Customer service, Adam delivered a shower tray to us and unfortunately it was the wrong size and finish due to a mix up with product numbers. Adam helped us order a replacement tray and delivered it the following morning at 6am so we could get it installed before our tiler was due to start. Amazing service and brilliant experience overall.
