This charming, recently restored Grade II listed Georgian town house offers the ideal self-catering holiday location from which to explore the attractions and amenities of this picturesque market town, the Yorkshire Wolds and the East Yorkshire coastline.
The 3 storey town house has been renovated to a high standard throughout, combining Georgian charm with modern comfort. It accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 offering the flexibility of super-king or twin beds. There are two bathrooms (1 en-suite) and an en-suite washroom. On the ground floor there is a lounge with period gas fire and a large open plan living/dining area with gas effect log burner, WC, fitted kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances and patio doors leading to a charming secluded courtyard garden overlooking the Minster.
Whether you are looking to explore Beverley for the first time, are going to the races or one of the many festivals, or simply planning a get-together with family and friends, you can be sure of a warm welcome, plenty of character and home from home comfort at Beverley Minster House.

We booked direct and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated period property. The facilities, decor, fittings, and location are all superb. Rachel and Neil are readily available if needed. Our stay here has been great. Be aware of the Minster bells every 15 minutes but not really troubling. Managed to park easily, and the Monks Walk bar is 2 minutes away. Another great bar is Chequers micro pub. You need to search it out, but it's worth doing so😁
Wonderful character property in a very special location next door to Beverley Minster. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed with lots of tasteful accessories. Quality of all fixtures, fittings, bedding and towels is top notch, and the house feels instantly welcoming. All of the amenities of the charming town of Beverley are just 5 minutes walk away. Meet and greet from the owners was warm, friendly, and very supportive, I can truly recommend this property.
A great place to stay right in the heart of Beverly. Rachel and Neil were fantastic. We loved the house so much we extended our initial stay by another week. We will definitely be back on our next visit from Australia!
