After undergoing surgery on a ruptured ACL I was informed by my surgeon that at least 9-12 months of intensive physio would be required to regain a normal level of mobility. Following a tailored plan of specific and targeted exercises, Paul supported me to achieve normal mobility within 6 months. He is understanding, encouraging and always offering additional advice to make sure your recovery is on track. It is clear he is extremely diligent and an expert in his profession. I can’t thank him enough for his guidance and support in helping me get back to normality in my everyday life, and I would highly recommend his service to anyone requiring rehabilitation for musculoskeletal issues both mild and severe. 👍

Great, no nonsense, straightforward consultation and treatment. Paul listened to my concerns and was able to identify the issue. He gave me useful treatment exercises to do and evaluated my improvement. Very glad that he was recommended to me.

Very poor and expensive. Too much talking and too little hands on treatment that i badly needed. I couldn’t get on to see my usual physio in Leeds who is also used to treating sportsmen injuries at national level. She spend the whole session hands on and I leave feeling on top of the world. This physio therapist was exactly the same as nhs physios. Too much talking and exercises with little or normally no hands on treatment. I was also asked to return a crutch to him that I hadn’t borrowed which I found upsetting and wasn’t sure if it was a ruse just to get a response from me. I wouldn’t return .

Well what can I say. First time I went Paul was great. Only had a few appointments but got to the route cause of my back issues. Paul is great and provides after care service with exercises. I was nervous before I went but absolutely no need to be. I started with another issue over a week ago and again Paul fit me in quickly and you can tell its important he gets to the issue of the issue. I didn't feel nervous this time as I knew there was no need to be. I will be continuing my treatment until resolved. I would definitely recommend Paul. Kath

I went to Paul to try acupuncture for muscle tension caused by my bruxism. Paul is great at what he does and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!
