After reading some reviews, I have to say I was a little concerned but in honesty, I needn’t have been! The night before we arrived, we received a telephone call confirming our booking, making us aware they are a small site with no children’s entertainment and checking if we had any questions or concerns. We requested an early check in during this call and this was immediately updated and confirmed. Upon arrival to the site, it looked clean and well presented. Check in was seamless with a very friendly and polite manner. Directions to our lodge were clear and we had no problems. The lodge was lovely. Clean, tidy, with everything we would need including to our surprise, a nice washing machine! We popped into the onsite pub for dinner on our first night and I genuinely recommend you try it! The food was cooked to order, hot, well presented and tasted absolutely spot on. I can’t really say anymore as we were only there for a few days but we will definitely be returning next year for more Blackpool fun! Thank you to the Parkdean staff who obviously work tirelessly to ensure visitors have the best experience possible.

Just come home from short break to Todber Vally holiday park. We had booked a caravan with decking but there was no pictures of it on line so did not really know what to expect. Me and my wife was very pleased with the caravan we were allocated it was very comfortable and set in a very quiet and secluded spot with fantastic views across the open countryside. The only problem with the caravan was a damp smell in the main bedroom. Todber valley is set in beautiful countryside with lots of places close by to visit like Skipton, Ilkley moor and the cow and Calf rocks, steam railways. You can take a trip on the Liverpool to Leeds canal at Skipton. There's Skipton castle, steam railways and country houses too and lots and lots of fantastic countryside. The site it's self is very quiet with just a pub/restaurant and very small shop on it. The communication from the site per and post visit was great. The staff were very friendly and I would only recommend this holiday park for people who like the quiet life and countryside views and touring the local area. We will be returning here.

The site was easy to find. As I had been delayed because of traffic, I was told I would have to wait unto security arrived to get access to my booked space. He told me where I would find security when they arrived. I wondered over to the sales area, where the young lady did as much as she could to assist but again both she and I was waiting on security to give the welcome pack and keys to access my booking. When security arrived he didn't seem to know I was coming and we wait and addition 15 min before someone told him. While all the staff were more than helpful to me. I did feel sorry for them, as you could see it was a little awkward I found my location. The caravan is nice and comfortable and kitted out well. The knives are blunt so need a bit of a sharpen. The site is well maintained and plenty of facilities on site.

Horrible stay here, got there place was minty the flies omg the flies not normal, probably because we got given the worst caravan right next to the bins, that was overflowing all the time, the rooms are not very spacious I know its a caravan but still so small and tiny, for two disabled people the toilet seat was broke and the toilet door wouldn't lock properly. Nothing for kids, no entertainment for them. The location is awful as there no buses that go from this street had to get taxis everywhere, only positive the food was nice in the pub really nice actually a big portion, that can have a 5 star.

Lovely area if you like peace & quiet & rolling hills. The landscape is beautiful. However the site itself is very basic. No entertainment, no independent shop, there's a play area for the kids but nothing else. There's also a pub which closes early. You need transport to get anywhere to find walks or shops. Not for me I'm afraid & we left early.
