Esk Valley Theatre

Excellent venue, run mostly by volunteers. They make sure you are looked after and provide a drinks bar in the gazebo. Toilets are spotless. Shirley Valentine is the 2021 play starring Ashley Hope Allan off Corrie who gives an absolutely stunning performance. A must-see if you are in the area.

We stopped for a WI tea and coffee event with some craft stalls. A very friendly affair. Coffee, tea and earrings purchased. A very pleasant hour!

First time coming to see a production at Esk Valley Theatre. Welcoming atmosphere and really enjoyed Deals and Deceptions. Easy on road parking, bar, toilets, interval (with ice cream). Seating a little cramp but didn't spoil the experience.

My first visit here to see a play. Was Private Lives by Noel Coward and was excellent production. Enjoyed very much. The theatre is compact and bijou as they say,but very nice. Ample room in seating and a lovely drinks set up outside under a gazebo served by men in dinner suits. Very old-fashioned and nice. A lovely place with spectacular views over the moors!

Great small theatre where we had tickets to Alan Ayckbourn world premier “all lies” wonderful! See another new AA production in Scarborough !!
