I fell in love long ago, plenty great walks from, including river- hill- forest- moorwalks 360 degree. Scenic, the friendliest residents, general store offering everything when all other shops are closed. Unique cafès, great fish and chips, plenty cheap parking places, huge playground, petrol station. They draw attention to any details!!! Thank you!

What a lovely little place to visit. I knew it was going to be a small place, but it surprised me. There was more shops than I was expecting. We parked up across the bridge and had a wonder up the road to look at all the little shops. I love a nick nack shop. We went into a local butchers where their was home made pies. So we tried local pork pies with pasty to die for.... .. Had to fall into the local for a cheeky pint. :D Their is plenty of little tea rooms to go to that serve cream.
Some of my favourite walks in Yorkshire you can do in this area. Well worth exploring a few times.
