My 18y old daughter was taken to this garage by an RAC call out due to a broken exhaust. From start to finish the customer service has been 100%. Outstanding communication, all done & finished in the same afternoon & the car is back at home. Have never been to this garage before but will go from now & highly recommend. Lovely staff!

Previous Garage told me I had a brake caliper that was failing, rang Grease Monkeys for a second opinion. Caroline quickly booked the car in for assessment and Wayne found the only issue was a handbrake cable that needed replacing. A quick repair date booked and Caroline then rang with what was a very good price for repair. Excellent Customer service, Grease Monkeys have my car maintenance business from now on. Highly recommend tham.
Husband took his car here for fixing, no one else would touch it. They were quick to get it in and the repair is now completed. Now I don't know alot about cars but what I do know is this car can be a pain and being the wife of the owner of this car isn't easy so I appreciate anyone who can fix it! I also appreciate the lovely receptionist who helped me organise paying for the repair for his birthday (it may seem a strange present but if you know my husband it will make sense). All round good work and customer service 👍.
