Really good range of the usual things you can get from a garage, subway, Costa express and a spar but it's not a real services, I wanted some water for my screenwash bottle and a sponge to clean the flies from my windscreen but they won't oblige, I suppose it will be because they sell screen wash at an extortionate price! WHAT'S WRONG WITH BRITAIN THESE DAYS?

Warning Do Not put fuel in from the hours of 10pm to 4am as they increase the price 2p per litre then bring it back down by 2p for the rest of the day. Very greedy.

Went to the food deli. Waited for two people in front of me to be served. Got to the till. Asked me what I wanted then she sent me to the hot food cabinet but I couldn’t understand what she was on about so she shouted at me and said something under her breath. Rude cow! Didn’t bother getting anything. What’s the point of having that deli counter there.

It's all new, it's all pretty good. The Sub way is rubbish however as they're always running out of bread. Good job they aren't running a pub it would have no beer. Don't know why they didn't put a charging point for EV's and PHEV's though, they had room

Been filling up here and only here for the past 3 years of me driving. It's not a dig at Glews themselves but there's a couple of female staff at the counter that need talking to. I pulled in on Saturday night to fill my Vel Satis up and I usually use pump 2, I could see that they were out if order which is fine so I drove through to pump 5 since that were on my filler cap side. The woman behind the counter watched me do this and waited for me to get out my car pick the pump up and try filling my car up. I were there about 10 seconds waiting for her to allow me to full. She spoke rudely through the speaker telling me to turn my car round? I assumed she meant someone else so waited and said pump 5 turn my car around in a rude manner. No pleases or thank you's. I couldn't believe it. I know it sounds a bit pathetic of me but I were pretty annoyed at this at the fact she waited and watched me attempt to fill it then tell me in a rude manner to turn my car around. I just closed my filler cap and drove off. She looked confused at me but I expect more from the staff behind the counter. I'm sure if management at the Peugeot dealer (owners) side saw this they wouldn't have accepted it. Afterall, there's no signs saying which way to face our cars. I'm not sure what difference it makes at all and it doesn't cost anything to be polite and use basic manners. I've no issues with Glews at all but the females behind the counter need reviewing as they simply come across as not bothered or interested in their jobs. I ended up going to Triangle BP in the end which the staff were much more polite in there.
