We have ordered twice from Morgan and Quinn. Communication from Mel has been fantastic and carpets were delivered to Bristol in agreed time frame. Delighted with the service and product. Carpets look great.

If you would like your nice laminate floor to turn up on your door step soaking wet through [see photos] & then receive some of the worst customer service your ever likely to experience then i would recommend Morgan & Quinn. These guys will quite happily deliver you a damaged product & then lay the blame firmly at your feet even when you " the customer" offer a solution . Trust me when i say, it will be no ones else's fault but your own & they will do as little as possible to ensure that they will be the ones who don't lose out.

Thanks so much!! From visiting the showroom, getting advice & help choosing the flooring - to being visited on site for measure-up & explanation of the process - to the fitting. It's been perfect! And we were really impressed with the whole experience. My family have used Morgan & Quinn for four generations and we will certainly continue to do so and recommend you in the future. Worst customer service ever. Fitted whole ground floor with laminate flooring. Over few months gaps appeared between the boards. Made hundreds of phone calls before they even came to view. Accepted liability that the glue they had applied had a problem so gaps are showing up which are collecting dust and looking really bad. Also mentioned that they are going to replace at their own cost. They also mentioned that 3 other household they installed have developed similar problem. It's nearly one and half years chasing them without any response. They are not bothered and DO NOT respond to calls. Avoid this company as they are not bothered if things go wrong. Planning to take them to small court to settle dispute as been waiting patiently more more than 1 year to settle this.
