I would like to share some feedback for Stuart Patterson and Chris Long, who installed a ceiling hoist in Usman's room today. They were both incredibly polite, professional, and a real pleasure to talk to. They carried out the installation efficiently — fitting the track, thoroughly testing the system, and taking the time to clearly explain how everything works. They also provided helpful information about the annual inspection and testing process. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them. A big thank you to both Stuart and Chris for their outstanding work!

We had a hoist fitted yesterday ( after they had a cancellation so was sooner than we expected but delighted anyway)by Stuart Patterson and Chris Long. They arrived early which was great, are friendly, helpful, professional, their work was brilliant, they cleared up as they went along, explained everything to us and left leaving us with a fantastic piece of kit and a room that was as clean as before they arrived if not cleaner. Highly recommend and will be adding a review on Trust Pilot too. Overall, we are extremely impressed. Thanks to the whole team.

What a lovely experience having Stuart Paterson and Chris Long here to fit a ceiling hoist! They were very professional, did the job confidently and quickly and were all in all very nice men!

Very quick response to an emergency call out with great service engineers. Customer service can fall flat unfortunately. Kept getting calls to arrange servicing when it wasn’t due (must explained at least 3 times) and when an emergency part was needed they just arrived when nobody was in… no pre visit calls!!! So, repair now has to wait. Shame because I’m sure the engineer has better things to do than waste visiting time and have to come back. Not the be all and end all but frustrating. Otherwise very good.
