Tack Room Cottage

Amazing cottage, tucked away from the road. So peaceful, just surrounded by fields!! The cottage is comfortable, very well equipped and so cosy!! The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal, which we did, the bed and linen were really comfortable, we slept so well and the shower is fab!! Fountains Abbey, Brimham Rocks and Ripon are all within 10 minutes from the cottage, so it was the perfect base for us.

An amazing little find. We have come for a two night stay and are loving it so far. It’s very homely and the host is a lovely women. Fresh milk, eggs and orange juice in the fridge for our arrival which is a kind touch. A selection of cereals and condiments to help yourself to. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. It’s very modern and I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Rented through Airbnb to stay at while attending Grantley Hall for a wedding. Only 1 min drive away and a lot cheaper but just as nice. The host was extremely welcoming and provided milk, eggs and biscuits. Definitely would choose to stay here and save the money rather than spending over triple the amount at Grantley Hall.

The Tack Ròom Cottage was an old stable that as been beautifully converted into a cosy comfortable cottage for accommodation on a farm. Very comfortable with everything you need during your stay. Rural property but close to all amenities.

Lots of space. Chintzy feel with lots of cushions and stuff. Good cooker, fridge and washing machine and toaster but no dishwasher at time of writing. One-shot milk and some tea together with an eclectic mix of sauces are provided. Hairdryer in bedroom drawer. Big yard with easy parking right outside. Quiet location. Horses in adjacent field.
