Having just bled the radiators and caused my boiler pressure to drop to zero Mike sorted everything out for me. He responded immediately despite it being 6pm on a Friday. Outstanding customer service..an absolute professional. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks so much Mike.
My job wasn’t a straightforward task at all. It was not just a boiler replacement, but also pipework tidy up, sink & stopcock re-location, new radiators - quite a challenge! Mike knew exactly what to do and recommended the solutions that really work for me. He is trustworthy, reliable and efficient. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Many thanks
At first, Mike was very helpful and came out to see us within a week of contacting us. After his visit he assured us, he would order the parts and be back to complete it by the end of that week. It has been three weeks now, several text messages and phone calls to be told he has ordered the part one minute and then will now order the part. I have even asked him to let us know if he does not want the job to just tell us. Still waiting for a reply and our problem is still here. Terrible service.
I can't recommend The Boiler Wizard (Mike) enough. We had the nightmare situation of our old back boiler packing up just as the weather was really starting to turn cold (luckily the old immersion heater still worked for hot water). I hadn't heard of The Boiler Wizard before but his reviews were good so I gave him a call - it was an excellent decision. Mike is clearly a very busy guy (his phone never stops!) which I always take as a good sign but he still fitted us in to install a brand new combi boiler and replace two radiators before Christmas came. The quality of work is excellent and Mike clearly has a lot of experience and knows his stuff. He's very friendly and approachable, lets you know exactly what's going on, and I think that the work was excellent value. I'll definitely be asking him back when we come to rip out the old boiler and gas fire and put something nice in the new fireplace.
