The West-Gate Clinic

From start to finish this was a really good experience. Unfortunately, my GP surgery had to postpone my B12 injection due to sickness, but with a big weekend coming up, I had urgent need of it. Phoning up I had an appointment on the next working day, and a form was emailed immediately to check my health needs. Arriving at the clinic was easy, and I was seen virtually straight away. Anyone who has B12 injections will know it can be an uncomfortable procedure depending on how it is given. This was one of the better experiences! Thank you! I was also able to spend a couple of minutes discussing a joint issue, and develop a plan should it continue. With this care and attention my weekend went brilliantly!

Niall was brilliant in going the extra mile to know what is the usual demand of my body to help me in ways most practitioners I have seen unfortunately don't. I am so confident in his analysis and am looking forward to how he'll support me in my injury. I highly recommend Niall's services - especially for professional performers/athletes who need specific support.

I injured my lower back. Luckily I got an appointment thanks to Kaye the receptionist ringing me back and offering me a cancellation. I had a 30 minute appointment and Naill worked wonders on it! He told me I’d be much better in a few days and I was. Naill is a lovely young man and very polite. He explained everything and I felt much better very quickly. The treatment room was really clean and well equipped.

Needed something assessing so booked using online service which was great. Saw Nick who was extremely helpful, informative and caring. Didn’t ‘solve’ the problem but did put my mind at rest and gave me pointers to alleviate the issue which has since improved. Would highly recommend.

Had an appointment with Nick, expert knowledge of my problem and diagnosed it very early on in the session, which helped form the way the session went. Nick explained everything easily and into layman terms, so not to get worried. Nick is full of knowledge and his anecdotes keep you amused. After the session, I felt exactly how he said I would. All in all, Westgate Clinic have an amazing team, knowledgeable in every aspect. Anyone with any sort of problem would be advised to give them a call.
