OK for the price but the touring pictures are quite away from the facilities which are near the entrance to the site. Pitch was grass ok for this time of year but wouldn't want to be there in rain, facilities ok toilet block dated but clean, washing up facilities and usual chemical and grey waste. Good point, fresh water on pitch

We stayed this weekend on the fully serviced plots, Tbh it was a nightmare from the start, badly sign posted, very badly lit and very tight getting the caravan in. When we arrived the warden was nowhere to be seen, only to pop up and be a little rude to some people, nothing to do with us though tbh. The plot was tight to meander in without a motor mover, luckily we had one. Then this morning (Sunday) we were woken up to banging from the resident furniture makers next door. Just avoid if you want a nice stress free relaxing weekend 🙈

Warden was very rude to my wife. We’ve never been before, didn’t know where we were meant to be and ended up turning round in the field and coming back to our pitch. Didn’t go near anyone, no harm done at all. My wife was very apologetic but was met with anger and sarcasm. Not a good start. Then the caravan right next to us had people going to the pub every night. Which is fine, except they left their barking dog behind, making a racket all hours of the night. The warden did nothing. Literally not doing his job. We go out for the day and come back only to see that our hard standing pitch has another caravan on it with no manager on site to sort it out… luckily there was another space we could take but these aren’t the kinds of things that should happen. What would we do if there was no space? Bathroom cleaning is at weird times too. I think it was 10-11 and 5-6. Right at the times where people going on a relaxing holiday might want to get a late morning/early evening shower. I’d recommend cleaning take place at 12-1 and 7-8 as I think the ladies live on site. We were only there for 2 nights and I was glad of that by the time we were leaving. I won’t go back.

Absolutely amazing, it was our first EVER weekend away in our caravan. To say we were nervous as we are new to caravanning, we felt really welcomed, they helped us set up, and fixed an issue with the van. The site warden is a credit to this site! Clean and quiet. I would highly recommend.

Booked for Easter weekend but 3 weeks prior they asked us if we could share an electric hookup with our friends. I said no we needed separate electric points as we had specified. The alarm bells began to ring have they overbooked and there is no space. 2 days prior to leaving I was emailed to say the area requested was flooded. We had asked for hard standing which I found hard to believe it was flooded. Holiday cancelled and too late to book anything else
