Needed a boiler service and the gas engineer was brilliant. Checked everything, bled the radiators, and explained how to use the thermostat properly. No scary upselling, just clear advice. Highly recommended
Josh has just completed the installation of an unvented hot water cylinder for me . He provided great service.. professional, timely and good communication. He did a very tidy job. Can highly recommend him.
Came within an hour of ringing when we said our boiler had stopped working. Got it going again and revisiting tomorrow to replace a part despite being very busy . Excellent service, thank you Josh
Josh did 4 small jobs for us and each was excellent. Our heating system is working the best that it has done since we moved in 2 years ago. Josh really knows his stuff and is great at explaining what needs doing and why. He was also reliable and communicated well, despite being extremely busy and in demand.
My boiler broke down and I needed to replace it urgently. I phoned Sheffield Plumbing Services and Josh came the next day to give me a quote. He explained everything very clearly and altered his schedule so that he could fit it within a couple of days. He did a first class job of fitting the boiler and also a brilliant job of boxing in the new pipework which was needed below the boiler. This was a great relief as the boiler is on the kitchen wall. Thanks again Josh!
