Vanessa is a brilliant, empathetic and knowledgeable physiotherapist!! I contacted Vanessa for help, after recommendation from a friend. I finally felt listened to and she was quickly able to diagnose my problem, that previous physios failed to do. She has provided me with not only treatment for my problem but also advice to prevent my problem returning. After 6 sessions, I am now back running and pain free!!! Would highly recommend Vanessa!

My sports massage appointment with Vanessa was 10/10. I was very impressed with how much information I was able to take away from my visit with Vanessa regarding my injury. She was attentive, knowledgable and informative. I learned a lot about the muscles and areas that are problematic for me. Throughout the appointment, I received clear instructions for the positions needed as well as clear explanations. Vanessa was very friendly, understanding and thorough, providing plenty of follow up exercises to help strengthen my weaker areas. I would definitely recommend booking an appointment.

Super friendly and knowledgeable, I had a much needed sports massage. Vanessa even followed up afterwards with some suggested exercises. Over and above and fab customer service!

Ran the Sheffield 10k and booked in with Vanessa after. Usually, my calves and hamstrings tend to be the last to recover after a run and after the massage, it was like I didn’t run a 10k at all. I wasn’t tight, I felt great and could genuinely tell the difference! I will be coming to see Vanessa again, that’s for sure!
