Some off the staff are sound and know what they’re doing, manager and young girl are very good but some of the newer ones especially need some extra help. Been in this morning got 2 packs of Doritos for what was meant to be £3 and got charged £5.38 for them as he just put them through without offer. Only £2.38 yeah but don’t have an offer if you don’t honour it…

I had a problem whilst collecting a Randox pre departure test... the guy was so lovely, so helpful and so patient whilst serving all of the other customers he still managed to keep his cool and sort my predicament out! Can’t thank him enough! 🙏🏻

Fridges are never cold, rumor has it that they turn their fridges off at night. That'll explain why milk and other dairy goods and "fresh meat" always goes off before the sell by date here

Ive been useing premier almost daily since moving to lowedges in 2016, great little shop & great staff, i did move away in 2019 and only just come bk to lowedges feb 2023 but it will be my local shop again, thy now have new management & staff so be nice to see them and a shame the old staff have now moved on,
