Very scenic walks around the woods. Perfect for walking the dog. Some ride horses, you can also cycle there as there are lots of wide, hardened paths. Well worth visiting.
Excellent down hill tracks suitable for all. If you have any questions whilst your there, just ask anyone around as I have found pretty much anyone is willing to have a chat and give you directions to a track suitable for your abilities should you need them. There is also a convenient car park situated near by.
Rode through to deepcar 4 to 5 miles from the back of this car park down part of the trans Pennine trail. It's a really nice part of the world. I found a farm cafe off finkle road am told there Ragu burgers are hangingly delicious! I went back and tried one and they are not wrong.
