Brilliant experience from start to finish. Nicola at the Guiseley branch was so helpful. Tom and Josh the fitters have done a superb job, highly recommended and would definitely use again. Many thanks Mark and Jane. 😎👍

Where do I begin? The fitters and products were actually very good. However, the rest of the experience from this store in particular has negated any positive experience I could have had. The inital person who came out had made measuring mistakes that both carpet and hardwood fitters commented on. Also, that person didn't recommend any options to level out two different rooms that were next to each other, leading to further issues down the line. Here's where the fun begins... The floors were laid, but the original person who visited had ordered incorrect plates that cover the floor transitions between rooms. This led to months of back and forth emails, lack of responses or communication from the Guiesley store and just general frustration on our end. On top of this, one of our doors won't close now. Something that wasn't flagged to us at any stage. For months, we tried making arrangements to get these issues sorted. With our emails going unanswered and no one following up with us after phoning up the store, we had to keep emailing their main customer service email. This was the only time someone from the Guiesley store would respond to us. Eventually we were given a refund on the original plates and had a substandard replacement fitted. One of the plates is completely non-functional and is just hanging over, as there is now a large dip in our flooring between the two rooms mentioned earlier. We've also been given a small bit of money to sort these issues out ourselves, as they just could not get anyone out to do it properly. So it's our problem now! Basic customer service and communication is such an easy win for a company, so not sure how they are failing so hard at this. I'm assuming there are zero processes in place and our issues kept getting lost or forgotten about. If anything doesn't go to plan, you'll spend months and your sanity trying to sort things out.

If you want to pay over the odds for fittied synthetic carpets this is the place to go. The only carpet containing wool was virtually double the price. There are quite high charges for gripper rods and fitting per square metre. The staff remained permanently seated at a desk and made absolutely no attempt to sell us anything. Having visited quite a few carpet retailers in our area over the last few weeks I can honestly say I will not be going back.

Paid over £2000 on flooring. Including tipping fitters. They forgot my carpet to laminate floor plate on the first fit. Then scheduled for a week later to bring and fit it and nobody ever shown up after waiting in all day. I called the next day and was told I’d receive a call back (of course nobody ever called back) The 3rd time for fitting they turned up with the wrong plates. They then closed for Christmas and have now been open 3 days nobody has contacted me and phone lines are busy each time I call. In addition I’m not completely happy with the carpet it’s much darker than the samples in the shop.

We cannot recommend too highly Tapi Stores in Guiseley. Nicola the manageress has been totally fantastic in helping us choose room and stair carpets for our house. She is very knowledgeable, professional and understands the needs of customers. We took time to choose the carpet and before purchase returned to the store a few times to discuss with Nicola choices/ underlay etc.The whole experience was a pleasure . We also want to thank the fitters Tom and his company. Excellent service at a competitive price.Highly recommend
