Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a pizza and they handed me a burnt one — and the guy had the nerve to call it “well done,” even though I NEVER asked for that. The pizza was hard as wood, completely inedible. I managed a few bites and had to throw the rest straight in the bin. I actually tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back the next day instead of leaving a bad review. What do I get? The same guy refusing to admit his mistake and insisting I supposedly told him that yesterday. Really? Their shop was closed right after I picked up my food — how exactly was I supposed to “tell” him anything? Then today, as soon as he realized I had a complaint, he made me wait around like my time doesn’t matter. After keeping me waiting, he tossed me a few wings and fries like that somehow makes up for a ruined order. I asked for what any reasonable person would want — a replacement pizza — and he flat-out refused, giving me pathetic excuses about how it would “take time,” blah blah. I gave them every chance to fix THEIR mistake, and they still refused to take responsibility. So here’s the review I tried to avoid: terrible service, rock-hard burnt food, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customers. Avoid this place.

Where do I begin?! After having my cousin constantly rave about this place, we eventually placed our first order in February 2020 for one of the grilled chicken options. The chicken was off, it literally stunk like a dead rat on the plate. So that was my first impression of PFC, and I swore to never buy any food from here again. Fast forward to July 2025 and my sister ordered one of the grilled chicken options and brought it over. To my surprise-the chicken didn't stink, in fact it was really delicious, and all in all it was good value for money as she got the £25/26 option and there was plenty of food to go around. So in October 2025, I plucked up the courage to order one of the grilled chicken options on the Monday during half term-as had family visiting for the holidays. Food was great but one of the fries and the salad boxes were missing. It wasn't the end of the world -so we didn't complain. Then on the Friday of the SAME week, we decided to order the same grilled chicken option again as our family who were visiting- were due to leave the next morning, so we wanted to treat them. Once again, to our shock, one of the fires and the salad boxes were missing. Why charge customers for said items if you're not going to include them? So on the following day, I rung PFC to complain about our experience. To be fair, the individual I spoke to-apologized for this error and seemed like a decent person and promised to make it up to us-next time we ordered food from them. He promised to compensate us by including the missing products in our next order. So now fast forward to Sunday 4th January 2026, we had a relative visiting so we wanted to get a take out for him. I remembered we were owed at least 2 boxes of fries and 2 boxes of salads from pervious orders at PFC. We decided to order our regular grilled chicken option-and politely reminded the guy who was taking my order of what had transpired back in October in 2025, expecting him to add the extra items on to the order. Shockingly-the guy was quite rude, but he did -VERY reluctantly- agree to include ONE extra box of fries to make up for the mishap in October last year. So we collected our order, and all the chicken and fries boxes were accounted for, and he had indeed included one extra box of fries as he said he would. BUT this time -NO SAUCES were included. I didn't even bother ringing PFC to complain this time, because they don't seem to care. Honestly, it appears to me that they do it deliberately. What are the chances of parts of your orders to be missing on 3 separate occasions now?! There are other take-aways around town who we order more frequently from, but have never experienced anything like this before. Why are you charging customers for X amount of money for stated food items, but always under-delivering?! Parts of the foods are always missing. You wouldn't like it-if this happened to you as a customer-if you were buying food or something else from some place. Then why do you guys treat your customers in this way? A response would be nice....

Absolutely unacceptable. I went into this order expecting decent food, but instead I was met with something that completely ruined my appetite and honestly made me feel sick. The food itself tasted just “alright,” nothing special, but the moment I spotted a hair in it, everything went downhill. I instantly felt disgusted, nauseous, and couldn’t take another bite. My mood went from 📈 to 📉 in seconds. What makes this even worse is that this isn’t the first time. The exact same thing happened last year when I ordered pizza from this place. You would think after a complaint like that, they would take hygiene and quality control seriously, but clearly nothing has improved. It makes me question whether the kitchen is clean at all, or if staff are properly trained to handle food safely. Finding hair once is bad enough, but twice is beyond careless — it shows a complete lack of standards and respect for customers. I had high expectations for PFC. I thought this was a place I could rely on for a decent meal, but they’ve proven me wrong again and again. I’m extremely disappointed and angry that I wasted my money here. No customer should ever have to deal with this, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to risk finding hair in your food and feeling disgusted, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. PFC — you need to get your act together. Clean up your kitchen, retrain your staff, and actually care about the food you’re serving people. Right now, this is embarrassing and completely unacceptable

They always do fresh chicken you can tell by taste when you take first bite the pizza’s are always fresh and everything is on point never get disappointed specially that Main guy Nasir lala he always takes care about food and the food quality

I am a regular customer of PFC and they deliver the best quality food, 💯 hygiene with 5 star uber rating, highly recommended 👌
