don't plan a heist here, I was opposed to the idea that banks had good security but this place just enforced that belief further.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. So glad to have a bank to go into and speak to people rather than just do everything online/phone.

Steps up to entrance and no space for a ramp so no good if you are disabled or can't manage steps. Their solution is to come out to you but who wants to discuss financial matters on a busy pavement? Not fit for the purpose but NatWest do not care Beautiful building inside. A proper old bank. Unfortunately staff are indifferent and seem to enjoy taking their time when there is a long queue. When you do finally talk to someone they are rude and dismissive.

Last time I went to do the business banking we had been really busy and had a fair bit of cash only too be told by the lady we don't like touching cash! A thought maybe she was in the wrong job seeing as she works at the bank! She reluctantly counted it after it seemed rather complicated for her to give me some change so i had exact money to use the machines which they prefer! Not been back since I go to the post office who don't complain when I take the cash and cheque business takings in on their behalf. No point having staff in a bank if they don't want too touch cash
