I don’t usually leave reviews, but the way I was treated today was unacceptable. I went into the post office at 12:50pm to collect a parcel. There were three people ahead of me, one already being served. The older lady at the counter then waited until she was serving the third person before telling me she would not serve me as she was meant to close at 12pm. I explained I was collecting a parcel and had received an email confirming it was ready. She dismissed this and told me it hadn't arrived continued serving the person ahead, then pulled the blind down at 12:55pm, insisting I should have been there before 1pm—which made no sense given the time. When I pointed out it was still before 1pm, she shouted, complained about needing to count the money, and sarcastically asked if I was going to count it for her. The rudeness, raised voice, and complete lack of basic customer service were shocking. This is not how customers should be spoken to. I will avoid using this post office again unless I have no other option.

The old lady at the counter is soo rude, intimidating and condescending. I went to apply for a logbook and she charges her own fees on-top of what’s required by the DVLA. Seems like she’s running some kind of cowboy advice service. If you take heed of the other reviews, there seems to be a pattern. I would avoid at all costs going here for any postal services. She needs to be reported to the ombudsmen. I will not be taking advice at a cost from someone that has ulterior motives of scamming customers of their money. Avoid!

Went in to hand some franked post, cashier said I am not sure I can accept them..told her I have handed them at the cashier section before..as I was leaving a woman bumped into the automatic door, banged her head..the door does not warn you it is Automatic by any signage..as I left I spoke to the owner, told her that there needs to be signage..she turned round angrily and remarked by saying.." so it's my fault then" I replied back and said "I didn't say it was, but you do need to have a sign stating it's an automatic door" she tutted under her breath and I left..extremely outdated and needs a good clean..

Charging £1 for a return label and making me buy a whole sticky tape to stick it on. She didn't tell me this before locking in my return so I had no choice. Very bad experience
