To be honest, this GP has been a really good option for me and my family. The doctors have always listened to me and they are willing to help. Waiting times for appointments are fine, and they also offer same-day appointments (when available, of course). My only issue is that I would like to be able to manage — request or cancel — appointments for myself and my children through the app, not only by phone or in person.

Amber at reception has been extremely patient and helpful on multiple occasions when supporting my daughter — he always goes the extra mile and it really makes a difference. Dr Hankin has also been amazing, not only providing excellent care but also escalating my daughter’s case when 111 had given poor advice. I really appreciate the time and attention shown. The only area that could be improved is the phone system — the waiting time can be very long, and the call-back option is currently only offered to those at positions 9–10 in the queue. It would be so much better if this was available from around position 2–3, as it’s a great option for those who can’t sit listening to hold music for a long time.

I am relocating and marking my departure due to the profound decline in the quality of care at this practice. I wish to honor the memories of Dr. Taylor, Dr. Vaughan, Dr. Hardy, and Dr. Chowdry, all of whom knew me by name, respected my history, and treated me as an individual person, not a file. Sadly, that personalized approach has completely vanished. My recent experience has deteriorated to the point where I feel completely dismissed, reduced to a "dodgy number," and effectively swept under the carpet. To be ignored and marginalized after a long relationship with a practice is personally humiliating and professionally unacceptable. This loss of basic human dignity and acknowledgment is the clear reason I am leaving to secure proper care elsewhere.

I tried to get an appointment to review my blood pressure, but unfortunately, it was impossible to do so. What a shame! It used to be a great practice when Dr. Vaughn, Dr. Hardy, and Dr. Taylor were working there. Very bad patient care.

After waiting over 6 weeks for my appointment, I was booked in with Dr Hannah sharma, I attended my appointment, the dr already had an idea of why I was there. As you have to tell the receptionist, anyway I explained my problem, she asked me the same 100 questions I get asked everytime I see a health professional regarding this condition. Then started telling me she didn't know enough about my condition to be able to do anything about my problem, I did cut her off and got upset trying explain how this latest spell was effecting me and my family. To then have her accuse me of being threatening. Im the least threatening person you could meet, if I had said what zi was thinking that could have been mistaken for threatening. Dr Hannah Sharma, hasn't got an ounce of compassion, she comes across like your wasting her time and on this occasion she was wasting both our time. It's like she doesn't want to be there, I left the doctors that day more emotional, deflated and anxious than when I went in. After speaking with a nurse from hospital regarding my problem and Dr Bolland contacting me at home my problem was resolved. I feel Dr Bolland went above and beyond and I thank her for that. Thinking my problem had been resolved and a plan was in place to move forward, I came home a few days later to a letter from the practice manager explaining/ telling me off because my conduct was less than satisfactory and the practice doesn't tolerate this kind of behaviour. A if this happens again well remove you from our surgery and will no longer treat you. Il also add that dr sharma is heartless and doesn't have the right skills to be a local gp. I wasn't given a right to reply to this letter the manager had taken her word as the truth and I was in the wrong. I will now at all costs avoid having any further consultation with Dr Sharma. Talk about giving someone a lecture when they needed a hug, then sticking the knife in!.
