Me and my mum went to get a wash and cut to get more volume for our natural wavy/curly hair, service was EXCELLENT. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, they really listen to what it is you are looking for and are polite and patient. Deffo coming back again for future hair appointments! I am loving my new hair. 🤩🤩🤩

Went to get my polynucleotide treatment for the first time at alexus beauty. Nicola is absolutely Amazing! She is so welcoming and friendly. I had a few questions about the treatment after booking and the receptionist promised Nicola would get back in touch as she was off the day I booked. Nicola kindly text back with the answers to my questions. At the appointment, it felt like I had known Nicola for years! Sweetest person ever. I booked my second session as soon as I got home. Had my second session today and received the same great friendly service. 100% will recommend. Thanks Nicola! 🙂

I have visited this salon many times previously, over the last two years. I feel as though this time period is the busiest leading up to Christmas, in many industries. However, this salon is able to accommodate up to customer needs well. If you are displeased, they want to hear customer feedback and prioritise it. They look for things they can improve on constantly. All the staff in Alexus Beauty, are well trained, and positive, creating a friendly environment. I have had many different services, and still visit there regularly, as I’m pleased with the quality,dedication and time spent, thank you for making our visits so pleasant. A wonderful salon!

Sarah and staff at Alexus Beauty are amazing, I’ve been going for years and I’m made to feel relaxed and very welcome each time I go. They are all professional, the salon is top class and offers a range of beauty and aesthetic treatments at affordable prices. I’ve had massages, pedicures, nails done, waxing, lash tints, party lashes and LVL lifts and never had a bad experience, loved all of my treatments.
