I had been meaning to get my beloved Redwing Mac Toes resoled for some time. However I was a little nervous about posting them off. I had foolishly not looked around locally but the shoe gods smiled on me and I found Ronnie's Shoe Repairs. I went with a darker sole than the original (which is a little hard to keep clean) and I am glad I did as they look great. Ronnie was really helpful and gave me some advice on polishing the other shoes I was wearing. The work is of excellent quality and the soles look fantastic. This kind of craftsmanship is becoming increasingly rare, Halifax is lucky to have Ronnie. My boots are about sever years old now, I look forward to the next seven with a new spring in my step!
Fixed up my favorite boots that I had almost given up on. Still just as comfortable and looked better than new when I got them back!
Excellent service and workmanship. In the past 6 months, I have a leather jacket polished, two pairs of boots fixed and polished, and leather shoes restored and polished. I was absolutely delighted with the results. Great service. Highly recommended.
A Big Thank you Ronnie. You cut me Two Security Keys today while I waited too. They both work perfectly 1st time in the locks. Even better was the Key Deal you do Buy 1 Get the Second half price. Well worth a visit. He has hundreds of different shapes and sizes he also does Car Keys and Coding. Cheers Ronnie
You gave life to my tatty Gucci loafers. I bought my loafers in 2021 and wore them ignorantly destroying the leather sole. I trusted you with my shoes and you returned them to me as if they were made this way. The craftsmanship is evident. Chanel flats are next!
