Been using Neil & Andy for a good many years. they fitted a new boiler 5 years ago, and it has just had it's annual service. Very reliable company.Turn up on time,friendly,clean and tidy worker. Highly recommended
Would have no hesitation in recommending Andy. He has serviced my gas fire a few times and always done a thorough job. I contacted him with regards to replacing my old boiler. Said he would come out first to check if it could be repaired, no hard sales. As I thought, it did need replacing as the parts would be too costly. Quoted a reasonable price. Kept me updated by text. Did an excellent job fitting the new boiler with his Dad, minimum damage in getting my old boiler out. Even put the wall tiles back that were taken off. Most would not have bothered . Set everything up for me at the end and explained how to use my new boiler. Left everything clean and tidy. Very happy. Hard to get decent, polite trades people these days who do a good job. I have had plenty of experience of bad ones.Thank you, even my cat recommends him.😻
Thanks Andy you are such a professional and brilliant specialist help me fixed three radiators and serviced the boiler in less than 1 hour’s time! That help us a big saving on the electricity bill as well! Definitely 10 out of 10 the service you provided!
Absolutely great! Service just moved house and had a nightmare with the boiler. One phone call and Andrew came out and fixed the problems straight away. He also explained in detail the issues. Open and honest, was on time and the quality of work was great! Highly recommend thanks again Andrew
We had Neil Collins & Son Gas Services replace our old system boiler with a combi boiler having been recommended them by family who have used the company for many, many years. Communication was great, the job was explained in detail every step of the way and the price was very, very good. We're really pleased with the finished job and would highly recommend them to anyone - it's clear to see why they have such a great reputation for their business. Good, honest tradesmen who take great pride in their work and look after their customers.
