Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some great items. Cheaper if you have a Go Outdoors Card. Ideal for camping trips, walking or just casual wear. Good quality and competitively priced.

I'm not surprised people have wrote good reviews for this place. I was there today and was served by a friendly lady at the counter, and I was also given some really good product advice on two items by a lad called Jake. Excellent customer service all round. Thanks

Great experience, from the young lady, whom after notifying her that our daughter was doing the Duke of E awards. Was very helpful in giving us a checklist, and also showed our daughter the correct way (in order) to put on a rucksack and fasten the straps. Couldn't have asked for more .Having consistently gone to the pudsey branch we were more than sure from past experiences that we would not have received the same customer service, Asset to the company, Thank-you.. 12 /5 24
